小輪徑車適用的訓練台

Minoura Trainer for Bike Friday

大致上是要加調整座，或是本來就能調整的三角後輪訓練台。

我目前使用的是之前有提到標豐有出訓練台，是結合滾筒式跟一般三角訓練台的方式。
算是入門的方式....反正我也只是採好玩，沒有真的按表操課去採啦....

目前是把整備中的GAAP架上去踩，剛好[GAAP的雙避震 + Lookin的矽膠坐墊]提供無比的舒適性，而在這時候反正車重已經不是問題了。這種半滾筒式的訓練台，比較容易上手，因為不用擔心平衡問題，但是缺點就是不能訓練姿勢雨平衡感。此外，阻力沒得調整，所以只能訓練迴轉速。大概踩了五分鐘後會開始熱，這一陣子冬天寒流來，踩了一、二十分鐘後會開始額頭冒汗。
或許比不上義大利高階訓練台，不過親近的價格，對我這種騎著玩的，是不錯的選擇啊。

唔.......開始想改造看能不能加 阻尼 上去 XD
